MI AMORÉ SEDONA
Privacy policy
How we handle your information and your choices.
Updated October 10, 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy covers the Mi Amore Sedona website and inquiries sent to the shop at 100 Brewer Road, Sedona, AZ 86336. This website is operated by Sona Inc, doing business as Mi Amore Sedona. Contact us at miamoresedona@gmail.com or (928) 282-0705 about this policy or your information.
Information you choose to share
If you use an enabled contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. We use that information to answer your inquiry and follow up about it. Sending a message does not sign you up for marketing. Please do not send payment card numbers or sensitive personal information through the form.
Contact messages are delivered through Resend to the shop’s Gmail inbox. If a preview shows the form as unavailable, it does not submit messages; you can contact the shop by email or phone instead.
Information involved in running the website
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes connection information such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser or device information to deliver and protect the hosted website. Requests may be recorded in service logs. Our local design preview runs on the local computer instead. Fonts, shop video, and website image assets are served with the site.
Google Maps is optional
Embedded Google Maps loads automatically as you approach the map section unless you have switched it off in Privacy choices. Loading a map connects your browser to Google, which receives connection information and may use cookies or other storage. You can turn embedded maps off; directions links remain available. Google handles that information under its privacy policy.
If you save a map preference, we store that choice and its expiry in local storage on your browser, for up to six months. If you use the reduced-motion control, we also store that setting until you change it or clear browser storage. You can change your map preference using . Turning maps off removes the embedded maps and prevents future embedded map loads. It does not erase information already sent to Google or cookies Google has set; you can manage those in your browser. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current page.
For page transitions in some browsers, a temporary session-storage marker records the next page address and the time you clicked. It is removed when that page opens and does not track visits for analytics.
Advertising, analytics, and affiliate links
The journal listing and journal articles on miamoresedona.com use Journey by Mediavine to manage advertising. The homepage and gift-shop page do not show ads. Mediavine and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver, measure and personalize ads. Google Analytics measures page visits, general location, device information, referral sources, and clicks on identified affiliate links on the live domain. For an affiliate click, we record the article path, affiliate network, registered link identifier, and destination without its query string. It may store analytics cookies. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland it stays off unless you enable audience analytics in Privacy choices; elsewhere you may switch it off there. We also keep it off for Global Privacy Control and when the visitor region is unknown. Preferences last six months. We do not send contact-form contents, booking details, or payment information to Analytics or enable Google Signals or advertising personalization through Analytics. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Mediavine supplies regional consent choices on journal pages. Where shown, use its Manage Preferences or Update Privacy Settings link to revisit your choices. Our own control is available throughout the site and lets you turn advertising off entirely on this browser. This broader site opt-out stops the advertising script from loading; it is separate from declining personalized ads in Mediavine’s consent message.
We save the site advertising preference for six months. Changes reload the page and prevent subsequent advertising requests but do not erase information or cookies already collected. We also keep advertising off when Global Privacy Control is enabled. Clearing browser storage removes saved site preferences. These controls do not change external affiliate websites you choose to visit. We do not pass contact-form information to Mediavine or operate a Mediavine-managed newsletter.
Mediavine Advertising Privacy Notice v. 1.2
Mediavine works with this site to support the delivery of ads that align with your interests. It collects information about your online activities and browsing information, including websites you visit, pages you view, search terms, the apps you use, the language and device you use, location, and emails from newsletter sign ups. This information is then passed to partners to enable them to display interest based advertising to you.
This Notice is specific to Mediavine and explains how Mediavine collects, uses, shares, or sells your personal information when you visit this site or sign up for a newsletter managed by Mediavine. This website must disclose any collection, use, sharing or sale of personal data beyond the services provided by Mediavine in its own privacy notice (above) and comply with relevant privacy laws.
What personal data does Mediavine collect?
Mediavine may collect:
- IP Address (unique address that identifies your computer or phone on the internet)
- Location (country, city, state)
- Operating System (e.g., Windows or Mac)
- Device Information (hardware, platform, location and carrier data)
- Language of the Website or Browser
- Web Browser Type (e.g., Chrome, Firefox or Safari)
- Email address
When you visit this site, Mediavine uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and tags, to collect your information about your behavior on this site and other websites you visit, across your devices. These tools track preferences, website visits and activities, interactions with emails and ads, and evaluate effectiveness of emails and ads and record which ads have been shown to you to enable the delivery of interest based ads on this site. To learn more, please visit allaboutcookies.org; ICO - What are cookies and similar technologies; learnwebanalytics.com.
In some cases, Mediavine may manage a site's newsletter. Mediavine collects your email directly from you through the newsletter sign up form, and will request your consent to use your email for interest based advertising. Your email will be converted into hashed format – a unique set of numbers and letters representing your email – before being sent to partners. If you no longer wish to receive this newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the "Unsubscribe" button.
Does Mediavine share or sell my personal information for interest based advertising?
Yes, Mediavine will use, share, license, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to our partners to enable interest based advertising to be displayed to you on this site. Through the bidstream, an online marketplace, Mediavine shares data, such as ad location, site content, and your personal information with advertisers. Using this information, advertisers bid for ad space, and the winning bidder gets to display their ad to you on this site.
Mediavine may share your personal data with partners to create a universal (unique) identifier linked to your online behavior and preferences. This identifier is added to the bid request to improve the targeting of interest based ads. Mediavine and its partners may also combine your personal data collected from your interaction with this site with your data that they have collected from other sources to create a profile of your interests and behaviors to provide interest based advertising across your online experience, including devices, browsers, and applications. Mediavine could also license your personal data from its partners to enrich the information in its bid request to advertisers.

Some journal links are affiliate links. A partner may pay us a commission when a qualifying booking or purchase follows a link. Visiting that partner’s website may involve tracking or cookies under its own policies. See our affiliate disclosure. Choosing to keep Google Maps off does not change the behavior of external websites you choose to visit.
Sharing and keeping information
Information may be handled by the service providers described above to host the site, protect it, deliver messages, and manage correspondence. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to address misuse and protect rights. Inquiry correspondence may be retained to respond to you, follow up, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about a particular message or to request deletion.
Your requests
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have provided by contacting miamoresedona@gmail.com or (928) 282-0705. We may need information to verify the request. We will respond as required by applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved matters. Depending on your location and which laws apply, additional rights may be available. You can also use browser settings to manage storage and cookies.
Abuse prevention
Our hosting provider uses connection information to deliver and protect the site. The contact service stores short-lived counters and daily changing hashes of network addresses to limit spam. Message contents are sent through Resend to our shop inbox and are not stored in this rate-limit database.
Children and external sites
The site is intended for general visitors and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information so we can address it. Links to social media, directions, booking services, and other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Changes and contact
